Talk Sustainability and accessibility in the art system is the first meeting organized on the occasion of the second edition of the Art Days – Napoli Campania, contemporary art event spread throughout the region.
Speakers, Valeria Bottalico (Ocean Space TBA21-Academy), Camilla Bove (Thomas Dane Gallery e Gallery Climate Coalition Italia), Martina Ercolano (Suor Orsola Benincasa University) Vincenzo Mazzarella (Reggia di Caserta) e Eugenio Giliberti (Artist), moderated by Adriana Rispoli (Independent Curator and PhD candidate University of Salerno) explored issues such as sustainability, environmental impact and accessibility in the art system.
Many cultural agencies and practitioners have already begun a process of rethinking their relationship with respect to these discourses, to the point of participating in open and responsible activism in consideration of who we are and what concretely we can do. The meeting was held in a hybrid mode, in-person and online.
